Richard serves as the Quality Control Food Safety Manager for the leader in hotel resort destinations industry; and is the food safety Subject Matter Expert[SME] for the Food and Beverage Task Force. Holding Masters Degrees in Public Health (MPH) and Environmental Law and Policy (MELP), Develops food safety manuals, skilled in HACCP plans, and is an instructor for ServSafe. Mr. Willis practices mindfulness and model’s positive food safety practices.
